ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

 

While we work to carefully pack and ship your order as quickly as possible (typically within 24 hours), all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

 

We currently only offer standard ground shipping inside the continental United States. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. 

 

To make a special shipping request, please contact us at robardspottery@gmail.com.  We cannot guarantee approval of special shipping requests, but will be happy to look at any potential options with you.

TRANSIT TIME: 

 

Transit time within the continental US is 1 to 5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped. All orders ship out of Tallahassee, FL.

SHIPPING RATES: 

 

Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout. Free shipping on orders over $300.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

​

Local delivery is available at checkout in the following Florida counties: Leon, Wakulla, and Gadsden.  Free local delivery on orders over $150. 

​

Items will be ready for local delivery in 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for delivery to coordinate a delivery time with you.

Please note: Packages will not be left unattended, please ensure you are able to receive the delivery at the agreed upon time. If you are unable to be present at the agreed upon delivery time, please provide us with at least 3 hours notice that you need to reschedule.

 

We reserve the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order at any time, with or without cause. Common reasons a delivery order might be cancelled:

1. We are unable to reach you to coordinate a delivery time and location

2. You are not present to receive the delivery at the agreed upon time

3. The delivery address is incorrect

4. Any safety concerns arise for the driver

5. Unforeseen circumstances occur such as mechanical breakdown which prohibit our ability to complete the delivery as agreed

 

 

REFUNDS ON CANCELLED LOCAL DELIVERIES:

If we are unable to reach you to coordinate a delivery time once your order is ready:

​

• You will have 5 business days to contact us to schedule a delivery once the email has gone out notifying the order is ready for delivery

• If we are unable to contact you within 5 business days of the notification email going out, the following will apply:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged

  • Delivery fee, purchase price, and and any applicable sales tax will be refunded

  • An automatic credit will issued to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days

 

If you provided us with incorrect delivery address information, were not present to receive the package at the agreed upon delivery time and location, and/or did not provide us with a minimum of 3 hours notice that you needed to reschedule your delivery:

• You will have the option to reschedule your delivery for an additional delivery fee

• If you do not wish to reschedule, the order will be cancelled and the following will apply:

  • Delivery fee will be non-refundable

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged

  • A credit for the item(s) and any applicable sales tax will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days

If we need to cancel the delivery due to circumstances on our end:

​

• You will have the option to reschedule and we will refund you initial delivery fee

• If you do not wish to reschedule, the order will be cancelled and the following will apply:

  • ​A full refund will be issued for the item(s), delivery fee, and any applicable sales tax 

  • An automatic credit will issued to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days
