ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

 

While we work to carefully pack and ship your order as quickly as possible (typically within 24 hours), all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING AND PICK UP OPTIONS: 

 

We currently offer standard Ground, 3-Day Saver, and 2nd Day Air shipping options inside the continental United States only. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

If you are local to Tallahassee, FL, the option to schedule a free local pick up is available at checkout. 

 

To make a special shipping request, or for shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us at robardspottery@gmail.com prior to placing your order.  We cannot guarantee approval of special shipping requests, but will be happy to look at any potential options with you.
